How big of an age difference is required to be considered a cougar?

    I consider cougars to be women 40 years of age or older not so much the age difference in who they are dating or sleeping with. But if you want a number, I would go with a 10+ years in age difference.

    I prefer my cougars 7- 10 years older than I but I think 3 is the absolute minimum.
