are hunter pence and chris davis good pick up?
this guy in my league dropped both of them and i pounced on them right away.im little confused though becus i was on the bottom of the wavier list any other of the 8 teams could have got them before me. any way at mlb.com pence OF, is ranked in the 30s and davis 1b/3b is ranked in the 50s. but do you think was it a good move on my part. jed lowrie is my current 3b. i have a-rod but he's still on the DL. my other OF are corie hart, curtis granderson, xavier nady, vernan wells.and brad hawp. i dropped J.D drew and jed lowrie to get davis and pence. but what do you all think?

Very good moves on your part..
Davis could very easily hit 30 bombs,100 rbis,with a .280-.290 average.
And I like Pences' upside more then Drews'.

You dropped (I'm hurt and can't finish the season) Drew???????? Good move. Lowrie just isn't much of a hitter. Pence isn't living up to his potential but could break loose any time. He is extremely talented. Davis is going to be a star. He will get his 25+ HR's this year. Good deal on your part. I am seeing a lot of the same thing. Managers are getting antsy and dropping great players. Hang back and pick them off.
