Depends on her personality if she likes reading gift her a book if she loves cooking give her a cooking book if she is a working woman gift her something which will help her there like a pen, a file or anything if she likes adventure gift her new skies

You could buy a photo album and fill it with lots of photo's or just a really pretty photo frame with a picture of you or your family, or something like that....
Candles and bath products are always nice....you could give her like a day off being a mum, where she doesn't have to work or anything and I don't know, have a bubble bath or something??

If you are a male and don't cook, prepare her an extra ordinary meal by yourself. As good as you can do. Give her a big hug and kiss. Do the dishes.

Make her a special meal, her favourite, if you can.
send her to a spa for a day.
take her out somewhere, one of her favourite places, somewhere she has always wanted to go.
