The team is not 100% offensive because on youtube I used to be an only offensive person. With my youtube friends, we would trade friend codes. We would trade and battle. Two certain people YukiJadenSurvives and PikachuPwns usually used Thunder Wave, Stun Spore, Toxic, Dragon Dance, etc. I LOST 100% of the time. Against Yuki I tried this team, and instead of losing 4-0 or 3-0 I lost 1-0 because Houndoom lowered Gyrados's attack with charm so waterfall did low damage, about 20-30 hp damage. I killed it and he sent out Breloom which he used Mach Punch with, thus killing me. Hint: 100% offensive teams are weak, unless they have high defence and attack stats.

Well, I'd personally say its a pretty good team for playing w/ friends. I'd drop Tail Whip on Jolteon because it's really not that useful. Overall though, it's fine as long as you dont try to play against EV trained competetive players.

Your group is mind-blowing! you have distinctive typing and that they comprehend strikes which will fairly shop your opponent on area. the only situation that i think of you may do is elevate them up in point. point 40 is somewhat low. i might advise which you boost them as much as a minimum of point 50 or 60, based upon what styles of battles with different running shoes you would be desirous to get into.
