What is life without taking risks?

We cant be always at the safe side all the time.

How fun life would be if you spend the rest of your existence in a flat surface?

Sometimes you need to take the plunge and exhilarate; and savor how fine to be in a safer place. You wouldnt know unless you try.

So, yup...I have gambled many times. Won on some. Lost on most times. But hey, I'm still alive. Pain pulls me down, but the will to survive pushes me up. Just have to deal it with a level head and millions of faith.

    So there...

    =D

    Source(s): Me...and yup, I'm disturbed too.

Used to be a gambler, at that time I am always poor no matter if I win or lose, decided to quit 10 years ago and found out that I can afford a lots of things that I envy people owning them, life can be as exciting too without gambling, now I am always happy and always have spare cash in my pocket

That depends. I take calculated risks and sometimes reckless risks. But gambling (as in gambling involving money) is something I don't do. Because I am such a loser when actual money is involved.

I only gambled with LOVE. Twice I have lost. The last time I gambled with it, I won.

With money ? I was only a few times in the casino... never developed a taste for it. Can't bear to see my hard-earned money go down the drain for nothing.

    Yes.

Gambling is fun and challenging. I know some people ruin their lives by gambling but most people enjoy it properly for the right reasons. If you are serious about trying to win money it is one of the most mentally stimulating and challenging pursuits I can think of.

I only play strip poker. The extent to which the opposite sex dares to go on playing is worth the risk.

Oh yes, adds excitement to life. You have to know how to gamble and if you ever find it hard not to you should never do it again.

Gambling can be a way of life. Losing can't.

If I'm good in statistics and probabilities,

I'm definitely gonna play at the casino.

    But because I'm not,

I'll just keep my allowance in the bank.

My professor in statistics is really good in gambling.

She computes every probability before playing.

Gee! I bet gambling is her pathway to success.

we all are risk takers. just to go out there in the world (outside the comforts of home) is already taking a risk. what separates us from fools is our ability to plunge with both eyes open.

When it comes to gambling, I take the advice of Kenny Rogers to heart.

"You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em,

Know when to walk away and know when to run.

You never count your money when you're sittin' at the table.

There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealin's done."

Country music does make some sense...most of the time.
