We have the following starting line-ups that are can be changed daily with three offensive bench spots and 2 pitching bench spots:

I have a strategy that is to start one stud pitcher every week in hopes that my bullpen will lock me WHIP and ERA. Losses should come with that too if I don't have a shelled bullpen - however, Wins will be completely luck if I win.

I like your approach to head to head pitching. I would definitely keep Peavy and Voldstad, and try and trade floyd and lohse. I would also try and trade beltre, and start lopez at util. Try and get another top tier starter like haren or billingsley, or maybe another good closer like lidge. Dotel would be a great player to have too if available.
