The better series: Twilight or Harry Potter?
I was curious that, after the whole Twilight trend continues to expand, if people are still fond of Harry Potter? Thanks!

I think Harry Potter is the better series, and here are a few points why.
1)There are a few Mary Sues in Twilight, but I can't find any in HP,
2) Even though there are so many fans of Twilight, I feel the journey from Harry's first year to the end was very touching and a true masterpiece. However a Vampire Romance, well, I would have categorized love between a vampire and a human anyways, as there were movies out even before the books about a similar topic.
3)Jo writes better in my opinion, it captured my attention much more easily and quicker
4) the characters a memorable not for their looks, (well I mean you can tell who is who by it, and I guess for some like James, and Voldey) but my point is, they are remembered for who they are and what they do and not just their attractivness
5)I could go on, but I think I should go study
I have never been into the whole Twilight thing, sure I thought Rob was attractive for a time, but I am just not into it.
Harry Potter is ageless, and will be around for a LONG time:)

Harry Potter is better but I did read Twilight and I did like it!
I don´t know why Harry Potter fans hates Twilight so much...
I just read the books ..love them and thats it!

Id say Harry Potter, only because ive never watched Twilight!..ive heard quite a few people talk about it and ive even seen them read the book. But it just doesnt interest me.

I don't prefer either, but I think Twilight is better. It's geared towards teenagers and not little kids like Harry Potter is. And it's more romantic, which also gets a large audience.

Ahh normally i don't answer links in people's answers but you seem nice. I have had no intrest in Twilight whatsoever so i have not read it, seen, or anything..
