how can i be more outgoing? any hints or help??!?

ithink im a dull person 2 be with and to talk to. i wanna b more outgoing ao people wont seem so bored around me and there wouldnt be any dead silence...

any help is nice.

    join a social club

    join a recreation center

    create a new club

    visit the library and get books on being more outgoing and social
