i have a toothache, im waiting for my dentist appointment. thing is it bothers me more often @ night or in the middle of the night and i experience some sleepless nights due to the pain. does that seem strange?

The pain usually gets worse at night (mainly due to posture) when the nerve / pulp gets irreversibly involved .
