Is there water in the Devil's Punchbowl in Ramona?

Hey, I'm new to SD and my friends have all told me about the Devil's Punchbowl, but no one can expand on it past "It's a lot of fun". Anyone been to the Devil's Punchbowl recently? Does it have any water in it, if so how deep is it? Also, does anyone have solid directions hoe to get there? I can only find pretty shady ones.

    devils puinchbowl is sweett!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    you dont wanna go alone, though because you never know what will happen.

    go on a sunny day and the waves go into this circular thing you jump in and they swish around and stuff like that! you have to go there to get the full idea.
