Is it legal to sell re-loaded pistol ammunition in Minnesota?
I would like to re-load my own and sell them from bulletin boards in bars.

Unless you have Federal, state, & local licenses, as well as about a million bucks worth of liability insurance, it is illegal to sell reloaded ammo ANYWHERE to ANYONE! ! !
If you are caught, whether anyone is injured by your faulty handloads or not, it's worth about 10 years in a Federal pen and around a hundred grand in fines for even one box. . . .

I so would have to agree with Grizzly II, Lots of liability if someone gets hurt from a bad reload they bought from you!

Reloading is considered manufacturing and you need a Federal license to manufacture ammo. That is to sell the ammo.

I believe it is legal, but I would highly recommend against it. If someones' gun fails while they happen to be using your reloads and they get hurt, you can almost certainly expect a call from their lawyer. When that happens you'll end up losing any money you've made in this enterprise, plus pretty much anything else you own.
