Your dog is ill and should see a vet asap. He is probably running a temperature due to an infection. You know when your dog is not its self that is the best indication there is a problem.. 2.5 days is long enough i'd take him to the vet they will run test check his heart rate temperature feel all around the dog and do blood work this is not normal for a healthy young dog not to want to play or eat and he's trying to let you know the best way he can something isn't right inside of him.
