speed bag or heavy bag?
i do muay thai and would like to improve on boxing skills. i amthinking of buying something to pactice and improve. which would be more useful? a speedbag or heavy bag?

heavy bag helps with your boxing combination and the speed bag helps with your eye coordination. both are really important but i would just get the heavy bag for now.

well if ur just startnig id rather buy a heavy bag. but you can also buy one of those heavy bag and speed bag stands. which would be like $100 or more. then you can get both but that might cost you arround $300 or more

Speed bag is for when you get deeper into your training.
get a heavybag first then in a few weeks get a speed bag.

Heavy Bag but if you do Muay Thai you should already have a heavy bag
