Why does my 5 year old have a discolored front tooth?

i think my 5 year old may have some signs of tooth decay of one of her front teeth. i noticed that it has some dicoloration ,its not outright noticeable but i know its there. i tried to brush it thinking it was drink or something but its not going away. i wont be able to call for an appointment until monday but if you can give me some insight to calm my nerves that would be great.also she has yet to lose any teeth. she says that it hurts.

She is at the age where she should start losing her front teeth..More than likely its becoming loose and that is why it is discolored...As it lossens the nerves in it die off therefore it is not receiving any of the nutrients it needs to survive..Just have her work it loose with her tongue until it falls out..
