Web domains with html only?

Which website can i find that will allow me to buy a domain, and use ONLY HTML on it. All I am inserting is a redirect to the website.

    This is for Domain without a Hosting,

    Just a small space for Uploading your HTML File or just Redirect to your existing site

    Thats all domain names do is redirect your name to an already existing site.You purchase a domain name, you put the url of your site in. There is no HTML to it. The domain name registry does not provide webspace if thats what you are asking.
