what is the sheet music like for a guitarist in music school?

I'm going to be applying to a few music schools within the next year. I have been playing guitar for a while, but my sight reading isn't great. I was wondering if the sheet music would be more or less just chords, or if i would have to step my game up and play more complicated medleys.

thanks

It depends on the situation, but back in the day (way back) when I was at school it was chord charts and melodies.

What you don't know you learn. That's why they call it school.
