Where in the world can i find a date.?

I am at the point of giving up. I have been looking for someone to look for almost 2 years now. I don't go to bars don't care for bar room whores. my friends are no help. i have only met one person i would like to date through a friend but he would not make a second chance to for me to get to know her. they only people that even act like they are interested in me i am not physically attracted to. looks are not to much important to me but if there is no attraction at all why even try. i think all that is going to do is cause trouble in the long term. i am very honest. i think i am a good hearted person that will go out of my way to help someone or show them that i care for them. if anyone has any advice thanks in advance.
