No, this isn't just a bug. It's serious. The shaking is a sign of pain, the excessive thirst could be several very serious diseases and not eating is also a sign of illness. This dog needs the vet ASAP.

He could have worms or something. I remember when my now 5 year old german shepard was a puppy and had worms - she drank a lot, wouldn't eat, would rest but wouldn't really sleep, and she vomited and had diareah often.
