How long after a miscarriage was your cycle "normal"?
I had a miscarriage on February 1. (I was 10 weeks along) So it's been about 2 1/2 months- but I still have not had a period. I "spotted" for about a day 2 weeks ago, and then I spotted again for about a week last week. But no real period. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests and they all come back negative. My doctor says just to wait. I still feel very hormonal and my body is completely out of wack. I'm getting really bad acne and cramping like I'm on my period- but no sign. How long does it take to get your cycle back to normal. I hear everyone say 4-6 weeks, but that is not the case with me. Am I the only one?
I went to the doctor to confirm the miscarriage, but ended up miscarrying naturally. I passed the bag about 5 days after the bleeding began. I bled for about 2 weeks.
Sorry I meant "I spotted for a day last week" not "spotted for a week last week."

I think you have to go to the doctor and get the hormone pills. You have to take for one month and the period will come and it will be normal the next month. Because after I gave birth, my hormone also go hay wire too.
Good luck and get well soon
