What is the best food to eat to help you lose more weight even if you are excersieing?

I need to know because I am not a big fan of working out. But I do already work out for an hour a day, 5 times a week.

So, what food or what kind of food could help me not gain back the weight or just help me burn more fat off?

    Eat fat burning foods like lemons, oranges, pineapples, grapefruit, limes apples, watermelon, tomatoes, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, celery, oatmeal, raw nuts, etc.

    make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall
