Stalking (obsessive following) is a criminal offense. In Germany the maximum penalty are three years in prison.

According to the Hamburg police, there is an investigation ongoing against Tom Kaulitz, because he is supposed to have inflicted slight injuries in the face to a 21 year old last Wednesday evening. Jost confirmed also this incident, but pointed out: "Neither Tom nor another member of the band would ever raise their hand against a fan!"

According to the newspaper "BILD", the young woman supposedly is the member of a French group named "Les afghanes on tour", who always appear hooded and aggressively stalk the band.

Especially that last quote from Jost, "Neither Tom nor another member of the band would ever raise their hand against a fan!"  I broke out into a smile when I read that and felt like screaming for joy. I don't know what came over me...it was quite strange lol. I knew they would never hurt a fan before reading this but, It's just good to hear that all these incidents with the stalkers haven't made the boys sick of their real fans.

And it's great to hear that these girl's could go to prison for 3 years. It makes my heart flutter with excitement that justice will be served for all of the horrible things they've been doing to our boys for the past 6 months.

Just think...if Tom would have never hit her...those girls would still be out their harassing them everyday. Tom, you're a hero XD

I saw this earlier as well, I think it's great that an official statement has been made and those stupid rumours like "Tom hit an innocent fan who just asked for an autograph" can be put to rest. 

Good to know that those girls are getting charged, but its pretty unfair the guys had to change where they lived a few times because of them.

I hope they get many years in prison too :)

i think it's horrible. fyi, sometimes people who go to jail don't stay in there for the amount of time they suppose to. if these girls do go to jail, there might a chance that they might not be in jail for 3 years.

Thanks for showing this!I knew he wouldn't ever raise his hand to a fan.I hope those girls get sentenced to LIFE in prison.But I guess that won't happen.We should make it happen.lol
