Word Math Problem Riddles?

A terminally ill man whose wife is pregnant willed his wife 1/3 of his estate, and the remaining 2/3 to the unborn child if he is a boy. If the child is a girl then the wife is to get 2/3 of the estate and the girl is to get 1/3. After the man’s death twins were born - one boy and one girl. How can you divide the estate to carry out the will of the deceased?

A car leaves NY for Boston traveling at an average speed of 50 mi/h while at the same time a car leaves Boston for NY traveling at an average speed of 60 mph. When they meet which one will be further from NY?

A car drives from NY to Montauk and averages 40 mi/h. On the return trip the car averages only 30 mi/h. If the distance traveled each way is 120 miles, what is the average speed for the entire trip? Note: It is not 35 mi/h.
