How do I hook up a PA amplifier to Surround Sound Reciever..?

You were asking 2 seperate questions. You can't do surround with that unit you linked. All you can do with that is put a stereo feed into it and add 2 speakers to use the stereo 30 watt amp that the unit has. No Surround just stereo in and out.

with the point to get sound by using way of your encompass kit from actual television viewing, you opt for an audio cable ( pink & white on each and every and each and every end)with one end on the challenge of audio out on cable field,and the various end to audio -in on the encompass sound receiver.( make useful both colorations, pink & white are on the challenge of the similar connector on each and every and each and every end, i.e. pink on L & white on R / or vice versa) L & R recommend left & acceptable.
