Why do some gays insist that transwomen are still men?

Transwomen, short for "transgender 'women,'" really are men. It is degrading to refer to us TSs as transwomen. Nor are we T(ransgender)-girls. Trans and T in an abbreviation always refers to a type of man known as a transgender, not transsexuals. True-TSism is a birth defect, whereas TGism is a choice.

Gay guys insist TSs are men because of either wishful thinking (calling TSs women means less gay men), or because they cannot understand that gender identity is inborn. To a lot of gay men, gender roles are irrelevant. Many have bought into feminist notions that gender is not destiny, despite TSs saying that their gender and biology IS destiny.

Yes, genitals is a factor. Those who are happy to keep a penis down there are men. They are not feminine enough to want it gone. And on occasion, other feminized gay men hit on such cross-dressed gay men. The true-TS woman is a turn-off to gay guys.

Unlike gays, TSs are born with a birth defect and the need to correct it. Those who live in a man-made social construct such as gayness or transgenderism see everyone as living in such a construct. It is their projection. People who commit wrong behaviors tend to judge others more. People who are actually guilty of things are the first to put down those who are different or accuse them of committing wrong. And people who are discriminated against often discriminate against others to prove they are better than others.

As a member of the Black community, I witness anti-LGBT discrimination. Often, members of minorities are not more compassionate to other minorities, but less. There is sometimes a perception that the other minorities are competing for victim status and see the others as being in the way.

Sexism is another theory. The same sexism that leads a man to think men are better, even to the point of making him see men as superior for having sex with, is the same sexism that causes TSs to be abused.

Another theory is that men are threatened by TSs fully transitioning because it is perceived as saying that men are not okay. As long as a man can negate a TS woman's femininity (or encroach upon it as TG males do), then he doesn't have to feel judged.

We as TSs need to stop caring what gays and crossdressed men (TGs) think of us. To me, I hope we are hated by gays so the mainstream people can see that we are not in the gay community and will be willing to accept us as mainstream women who are not a part of the LGBT. TG men who merely pretend to be women, despite a masculine soul, should be content in the LGBT.
