is this a straight website http://*************/ where u can really get paid for completing offers or is it some kind of fraud or something.

For some reason, Yahoo Answers doesn't allow the link for Cash Crate to be posted, but I know from experience that this site is legitimate. I have used it for several years now. What happens is you complete offers that are listed on the site, and Cash Crate will automatically credit your account once the completion has been verified. You can cash out at the end of each month, and you should receive a check from them by the end of the next month. For example, if you cashed out today, April 21st, you will receive your check sometime in May.
