Playing 360 on a LCD screen?

We recently upgraded from a tube tv to a 37 inch lcd, when i play xbox on it it feels like it moves slower than my old tv, Ive been playing horrible since we got it.. any way i can change anything on the 360 to make it better? Anyone else have a similar problem?

Update:

Here is a link to the TV i have http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9244...

60 Hz refresh rate.

I'm not using the HD cables because i bought the core system and it did not come with any and i forgot all about grabbing some while i was at bestbuy.

What's the tv's refresh rate? The refresh rate drives how often pictures are refreshed, and video games and sports require a higher one.

My LCD has a 120 Hz refresh rate, and I never have an issue.

    Edit:

There is your answer. Sorry it's probably not what you want to hear. I would suspect the HD cables won't help you, but I certainly don't know for sure.

Depending on what game you're playing you could probably calibrate for the new TV.

Look around in the settings of the game and if nothing is in there try messing with the display settings in the menu.

    Hope this helps!

When I bought my LCD the guy working there told me not to play video games on it...apparently it can ruin the screen.
