Is it possible to cut and paste MS Word text into the Microsoft LCDS (Learning Content Development System)?

I am trying to build a course in the Microsoft LCDS software and I can't find a way to copy and paste any existing text content into the templates used by the LCDS. Nor can I cut and paste text between templates/pages I've created within the LCDS. Can anyone give me a clue how to do the copy & paste or how to upload text into the LCDS?

Update:

Chuck--

thanks so much--I forgot the old DOS keyboard commands and never thought to try them. It does work. 10 pts coming your way when the pick the best answer window opens.

Hi. When copying in LCDS you need to first highlight the text you want to copy. While pressing and holding the Ctrl key press the C key. This is the copy shortcut since right clicking the mouse does not work.

When pasting the copied text into LCDS first click the box you want to paste into then while holding the Ctrl key press the V key. This is the paste shortcut

    Works for me.

    Good Luck

As long as you have LCDS open first, it will work. Highlight your text as you normally would in Word, then swap windows, click in the open space in LCDS, then use the CTRL-V to copy the text into LCDS. When using Vista, the mouse click to paste doesn't always work.
