How can I seek legal advise in a case that has been drawn out for years, due in part to my own lawyer?
It's a long story, but to sum it up our case involves us (home owners),a nationally known Insurance Company, and the contractors our insurance company urged us to use after our home sustained damage from a tornado over 3 years ago.
It feels as if our lawyer has sold us out, because of all the postponements and continuances. Now I would try to ask him these question myself, but from past experiences, it will take months and numerous calls from me for him to respond. What can i do?

Betcha get really fast responses if you lodge a complaint against him with your local (county, state) Bar Association.

Hes right complain to the Bar association...
He probably doesn't want his license to practice law be revoked
