I am pretty sure they all do. It is called tension and release; it is what moves music. Dissonance is when the sound is uncomfortable for a moment and consonance is when it is comfortable again. Consonance is what resolves the Dissonant sound. Dissonant are intervals of 2, 7 and Consonances are intervals of 1, 3, 6, and 8. The 4th and 5th are perfect.
Perfect consonances:
unisons and octaves
perfect fourths+ and perfect fifths
Imperfect consonances:
major thirds and minor sixths
minor thirds and major sixths

I think: You Like Me Too Much, if you listen to the piano at about 30 seconds you can hear it really well, but throughout most of the song, the piano is alternating between chords like that...
