Can my child get sick from having touched poop and touched her mouth?
I run a daycare and yesterday one 6 year old got poop all over the bathroom (literally all over the walls and toilet) and then came out to play with the toys. She hadn't watched her hands afterwards. Once I realized what she did, the other children had touched these toys. Today my daughter woke up with an upset stomach and she threw-up. Could she had gotten sick from the poop. Yes, I disinfected everything once I realized it, but my daughter had already touched the toys.

Yes, she could. If the upset stomach does not go away within a couple hours, I'd call your pediatrician and ask if she should be seen. If she begins having diarrhea, then you definitely need to call the doctor for advice - be sure to tell him/her about the poop-smeared bathroom...

That is a common cause of daycare outbreaks of fecal pathogens like salmonella, shigella, giardia and viruses.
