When I had my second my d was 15 months and since the new baby slept all the time it didnt change much. It changed so graduley that i didnt even notice the change. Everyone told me Id have a hard time and it seamed to be harder going from none to one than one to two. And now Im have a third and I not worried a bit. Good Luck and congrats!
