Media Reads, "Weak Yahoo earnings trigger 700 layoffs", Does that mean...?

There will be 700 more Yahoo answer members that we have to squeeze into this site since they won't have anything better to do like all of us?

    I think it means more yahoo 360 pages will freeze up like mine.

    No...

    That means part of the yahoo team was fired since they do not have enough money to pay them. That means there may be more problems here since they have less people to fix stuff.

    that would explain why they turned off the 360 emails!!!
