I'm married, and have never been a member of a sorority, but I've been thinking about joining one. Can you be married upon being selected to be a member of Alpha Gamma Delta? Thanks!!

Yes you can. However, I don't know how comfortable your husband is going to be during social events in which fraternities and sororities pair up. Maybe they will make exceptions for you, but normally your date has to be from that frat.

Isn't it illegal to discriminate on the bases of marital status? I am not sure....
