I just got suckered into an E-Mail survey by Best Buy. The next thing I know they gave a lot of choices.?

Do you have diabetes. Would I like to get a $500 booklet of gift coupons, about the only thing I answered yes on. At the last second just as I hit the enter button. I noticed that they are going to charge my PHONE Bill $12.95 a month. I called the phone Co. and they advised me that they had no Control other than to wait an see and then get their phone number and deal with them.. Any one else have a better answer????

That wasn't really from Best Buy. Check the headers on the e-mail you received, and you'll see it's from some totally fraudulent scammer using the Best Buy name to sucker people in.

Sorry. You've been scammed. Follow the phone company's advice. They're the only ones who can help you now.

It wasn't from Best Buy. Your phone has been slammed. Call your phone company and have your account closed from 3rd parties.
