I am worried I want to know if this is normal?

I just want to know if this is normal...

I've gotten my period on tuesday and all week i've been cramping and i normally dont cramp so my period comes and it seems normal untill yesterday every 3 hours i had to change my pad because i would bleed through it and i even used a tampon and a heavy overnight pad and i bleed through that within 4 hours, this is not normal for me......so is this normal is it good or bad

    From time to time they just change so it's normal most likely unless you have SEVERE pain or bleeding so much that it scares you. Change in lifestyle (diet, exercise, stress) can change how bad your period is.
