Can antibiotics cause allergic reactions?

i think i may be having a reaction to the antibiotics that were given to me for my tooth infection. (in my nether region?)

    Yep...they sure can...as a matter of fact, all medications can cause an allergic reaction. I am allergic to Sulfur, some antibiotics and pain medication contain sulfur in them.

    People react differently to allergic reactions....fever, rash, swelling, anaphylactic shock,. But I believe what you are experiencing is a yeast infection. Antibiotics destroys the natural (good) fungus down in the nether region causing a yeast infection. Anytime a doc prescribes an antibiotic, it's best to ask the provider whether or not they recommend yeast infection cream.
