I am trying to get my family to eating healthy. I have found all kind of recipes that call?

for off the wall items. We are normal family we like chicken, hambuger meat, beef tips, porkchops, that kind of stuff. We do the grillin and the baking but does anyone have any other tips that will be useful. (I have a 6 year old, and a 3 year old) so please be nice.

    use sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes

    eat only white chicken meat instead of dark meat

    put brights on the side of the plate like lima beans and brocoli instead of rice and pasta.
