my league is head to head weekly scoring. so far  im 1-1 and losing badly this week. i think my bench has some quality players that i could put up for trade but i don't know for who. i need some of you experts out there to give me some advise. any tips for anything greatly appreciated.

Sens is right about moving Young to 3B. Dump Bonifacio. He started strong and has run out of gas. He won't stay in the majors this year. He hit .111 last week and that is what you can expect from him the rest of the year. The same with Swisher. Starts strong and fades away. He hit .143 last week. Move Victorino to his spot. Uggla will start hitting soon, wait it out on him. But you might pick up Aaron Hill until he does start hitting. BJ Upton will start hitting soon too. Dump Encarnacion and get a good backup OF. You don't have enough OF's if you dump your duds. Nyjer Morgan would be a good one. Good luck.

First thing I'd do is move Young to 3B, if he meets the requirements in your league. Even if he doesn't now, he will soon because he is Texas' full time third baseman, He is one of the best players in baseball.

I'd try to trade Loney or Encarnacion. Even Atkins. You could try to trade one of your pitching staffs too. Ask for a catcher or outfielder. With Young in at 3B, your infield would be great.

Hope this helps, and as I said, don't trade Young, he will work great at 3B soon!
