angry grandma gave correct answer joe is wrong your computer comes with 1 gig ram. max you can use is 2 gig

Ther memory type is:
SO DIMM 200-pin DDR2 SDRAM - 667 MHz
It comes with two 512 MB , You would get two 1 GB and replace the 512s. You would then have 2 GB.

It will scan your computer and tell you whats in it, Along with recommended upgrades, Then you can buy the RAM there for a decent price.

They only sell Kingston ram but once you find out the type needed, you can always choose your own brand.
