What should be done on Baidu Baike?

They keep plagiarizing Wikipedia. Taking a look at http://baike.baidu.com/view/961696.htm , it is a copyright violation of http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%B8%AD%E4%B8%96%E7... (complete with their "©2009 Baidu").

Worse, they call their site "Wikipedia" (a trademark owned by Wikimedia Foundation). How can we resolve Baike's copyright violations?

Update:

The template suggested by Yahoo on Wheels for use on this case might be nice, but do we have a Chinese version of it? It's the Chinese-language Wikipedia that got copied repeatedly.

Hi there. If you know any of the Chinese language administrators, you can let them know about this particular website, and they will work with the users on the Chinese Wikipedia to get rid of all of the plagiarized edits that were made by this or these users.

Also, contact the law office of the Wikimedia Foundation, and they can work with attornies to get the website shut down and to sue the makers of the website.

    Hope this helps :)

WMF will not engage in any kind of conversation with baidu about this because they have more serious legal issues to look after than GFDL violations; but you can, as an editor, send emails to Baidu Baike asking them to respect GFDL.

If they don't reply positively then its not worth wasting time; just tag the Wikipedia article's talk page with something like this:
