I think the Company 'sculpted Christina's personality' after her surgery much like they wanted to do to Michael.
After that happened and her years with the Company, she's no longer the same person.
She's sort of got a one track mind, much like Michael. Except Michael wants to destroy the Company for all the evil they do.
I'm not thrilled at changing the story from what it was in Season 1. But, there are more surprised in store for us it seems.
I'm just glad we'll get a proper ending of any kind.
