question on making multiple figurines from Scupley/Fimo clay?

what's the easiest way to make a good mold? i'd like to make some figurines, but making each one by one takes a long time... i'd like to make molds of certain parts and then glue them together?

Since fimo/sculpty is pretty stiff and you would need to push hard, then you need a stiff mold. Something rubbery won't work.

As long as there are no undercuts (parts that would go under the lip of the mold) then why not make the mold from sculpty or fimo? Make mold and bake it, then coat it with some sort of release agent (like oil or Vaseline) Then push the fimo into the mold and it should come out since it is greased.

Other than that, you could make a plaster mold, there are many different techniques for doing this, some good youtubes about it.
