I need a screen recorder (simplicity is a must) and these 2 are on my list.?

It looks like I can video record with sound all or part of my screen with either of these. I want files to be as small as possible but not sure which format of these below would serve best. I do not need editing or any bells and whistles, just to record and play back at a later time.

Can anyone advise?

I personally use Total Screen Recorder and it's freakin' awesome!!!! I like creating tutorials in youtube and I found this software is really reliable. I also recommend HyperCam. Try it.
