Ask him this: "What if the family's business folded up and they lose everything they have? Or, someday, when he takes over the reins of the business and finds his employees all college grads, wouldn't he feel embarrassed or inferior because he isn't one?"

At least, if he has a degree, he will have something to fall back on in case the business isn't doing good or collapses. Going to college is a privilege and an opportunity denied to others. You tell him that.

Finance and business are dangerous waters

where vicious sharks are swimming around

looking to feed on innocent novices.

In this game, knowledge is the key to power.

If he doesn't want to be educated,

then I guess he's not a suitable heir.

He can meet girls just across the school campus. Like Ateneo, whose graduates met betterhalves opposite Marian college.

If he is that rich, maybe he has no need of college.

Who can blame anyone for having an easy life on the strength of their wealth?
