I used a taxi to get to the Victory Liner bus station. From there I used a bus to get to Dau. Dau is next to Angeles City, the front gate of Clark is not far from the Dau Bus station. I have been on that bus and it has taken me only a couple hours and I have been on that bus when it has taken almost 4 hours depending on traffic.
(That bus was cold and no toilet on it! Go first!)
In Angles you can get a hotel on Fields Avenue if you have to remain overnight. Some of the flights leaving from Clark have weight restrictions that you do not get on flights arriving at Manila.
Philtranco Bus Company is another source for a ride. I never used them. Here is a website link:

It is approximately 100 kilometers or 62 miles. When you get to Manila take a taxi to either the 5 Star or Victory Liner bus terminal in Pasay. It is very close so the taxi fare should not be more than about 60 pesos. Taxi drivers try to charge a big flat fare so make sure they use their meter.
Look for a bus to Dau. The sign on the bus will probably say Dagupan because that is the final destination for that route. If it is not rush hour it will take around 2 hours. There are first class buses and ordinary class buses. The ordinary class is not air conditioned. When you get to Dau you need to take a car taxi to DMIA in Clark. Trikes are not allowed in Clark so they can not take you there. If you can not find a car taxi you need to take a trike to the check point taxi stand to get a car taxi. The trike charge 50 pesos and the car taxi charges 300 pesos (flat rate and not subject to negotiation). There are many hotels in Angeles if you need to stay there over night.

i don't count the distance because of the traffic situation when getting out of Manila. but you'll get to Clark in less than 2 hours on a good day.
first, from Manila International Airport (NAIA), take a cab to Tramo. then take any northbound Five Star, Victory Liner, or other bus at the Tramo Bus Stations on EDSA that goes to Dau... then sit for a couple of hours while watching some fake DVD on-board.
get off at Dau and find a jeepney that goes to Clark Main Gate or SM Clark.
then you'll find jeepneys, tricycles, or cabs that will take you to Clark International Airport (DMIA).
Source(s): i ride the bus from Manila to Clark every week. - How do you think about the answers? You can sign in to vote the answer.

Some of the Jeepneys at SM Mall/Checkpoint in Angeles City go on Clark, but not right to the airport. You might have to walk a few hundred meters.

more or less 100kilometers.
depending on the traffic. but if you take a VICTORY LINER bus from Cubao as early as 6am it will take only 2 hours to reach there. Therer is also one in Caloocan(rizal avenue, grace park) and in Pasay city.
