Would you rather be homeless or in jail?

My friend and I were talking about this earlier. (yes I know lol)

and He and I both say Jail

What do you think?

Update:

Just keep in mind that we watched fake jail like shows so thats were we got our information. We didn't "reasearch" what its actually like in Jail.

We were just 2 bored 8th graders during Math aha

Well in jail you are fed and given a place to sleep but I would rather be a hobo. If you are homeless no one is watching you, you can go to bed whenever you want and you have freedom. In jail it is like your trapped. If you are a hobo atleast you have a chance at life like getting a job you could make it better because you have the freedom to but people in jail do the same thing everday!

Homeless. For sure. You would have many more options if you were homeless. Such as a chance getting a job,a place to live, going to school. Where as being in jail. You now have at least a felony conviction on your record,so when you get out. That makes getting a job and good place to live even harder than someone who was homeless.

I was homeless for 2 years. It wasnt that bad, There are still good people out there willing to help, but there were times when i thought of doing something to get put in jail or go in the army. btw i was only 16 and had a run away from home, but in nh and maine and at 16 you are considered an "adult".

    Homeless.

Just because I wouldn't have a home doesn't mean I would be living on the streets. I have so many family members and friends that would take me in in an instance. One of my aunts has actually told me I can live with her if I wanted to go to college near her but I'm already going to a university where my mom lives. I stay at my aunt's house during the year sometimes and for a couple weeks during the summer though. My sister wants me to live with her too. : p I don't think anyone would let me live on the street, even if I wanted to. lol. They'd kidnap me and lock me in their house.

Being homeless sounds like more freedom. But there are so many creepy people out there who would be all too willing to "help" a 16 year old female....

So I pick jail. Although that would really suck!!

In penitentiary with the aid of fact homeless human beings extremely have it difficult residing exterior in the warmth, getting robbed, begging for money, slumbering in a similar outfits, that could be a extremely risky place to be while in comparison with penitentiary

I would much rather be homeless.

At least than I would be able to see the people that I care about.

I'd rather be homeless. I'd rather see my son than to not see him and be with him every day, which wouldn't happen if I were in jail. Even if I'm homeless, I'll still be with my son.

When you're homeless, you're still free. Your *** does not belong to the State or Feds. There ARE people who will help you and you have the freedom to make your life better.

Homeless. I value my freedom above all other things. And I'm sure some friends or family members would take me in.
