my skin wont tan but never burns whats wrong? any one got any tips to get a tan?

i really want a tan because im always pale.

but my skin wont tan; and i never got a sun burn.

andd i've tanned for 7hrs and got nothing.

i've even tryed a whole bunch of tanning stuff.

any one got tips how to get a tan without it being FAKE.

please help; andd thankyou (:

    baby oil mixed with some iodide.

    you can get then both at a grocery store.
