Just take the MSF course. It is by far the fastest and best way to get licensed.

Here is a link of Ohio coursed and contact info for who teaches them.

If there isn't one near you, check with your local A.B.A.T.E. (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education). They can direct you..

    There are really two ways:

Either you pass the written test for your permit (I've taken the Ohio exam; read that online booklet for the test and you should have no problem)

Then, you can attempt to pass the skills test administered by the BMV (I don't think any other place is certified).

The other way (HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WAY INSTEAD):

First get your temps by passing the written test and then sign up to take the MSF basic rider course. Most places are able to give you your liscence if you pass the course (however, as much as it seems like a pain, you will learn a lot about how to ride that improves your skills exponentially)

First you have to pass a written test to get your temporary license. Then you have to either pass a skills test or pass a certified MSF course.

You must have a valid drivers license to get a motorcycle endorsement.
