My MacBook's internet disappears when another computer connects to my network?

I have a Macbook and just bought a Linksys Router (Ultra RangePlus Wireless-N Broadband Router WRT160N). Whenever another PC in my apartment connects I am left without internet. Although I have perfect signal no internet pages want to open. However, both PCs seem to be able to connect at the same time with no problems.

Update:

I only experience this problem with this router. I have no problems at my house or university

    Another reason to stay away from those expensive piece of crap

    paperweights.
