Easiest way to make my own website...free?

There is freewebs. It is easy to use, with click and add features and plenty of things you can do to your website. It is free,unless you wish to pay to upgrade. You get ads, but none that you really notice.

There is also geocities (through Yahoo). I prefer freewebs though

If you want a free site then your definitely going to have lots of adverts so be warned. Just into google free website hosting and loads will come up.

Also if in the future you wanted to pay a little for your site - if it becomes successful google will pay you to put their adverts on your site.

The easiest web creation site I have ever used is Weebly. It's free, but instead of adverts you have to leave a link back to Weebly in the footer.

My advice to you would be to just sign up and try it out. If you ever want to try and take your web design expertise further, Weebly could also be used as a learning platform as it has custom HTML and CSS as options.
